Miku Traders is the Indian Distributor of Thermadics Polymer Products/USA to market their medical grades of Thermoplastic Polyurethane in form of resin and tubes, which are medically approved products. Resin grades are known as Tecoflex, Tecothane, Carbothane, Tecophilic and Tecoplast each suited for different application. Our company also extrude/manufactures Thermoplastics Polyurethane Tubing.

What Thermadic Polymer is offering:

Thermadic Polymer offers/manufactures Thermoplastic Polyurethane resins or pellets used for making tubes, catheters for medical device or it is also offering finished TPU tubing. It is a medical grade of TPU. Thermoplastic Polyurethane is manufactured by mixing diisocyanates, macrodiols (polyols) and chain extenders.

Thermoplastic Polyurethane is further available in different grades and brand name as under and which are either Aromatic or Aliphatic TPU.

TPU is used in Medical Application:

1. Because of high strength, softness and elastomeric properties.

2. Because it can be extruded in very small size / diameters like 0.005" to 0.400" since catheters and tubes are entering circulatory system.

3. With small hole/diameter of catheters it can deliver large volume of fluid because of less of TPU thickness.

4. It has kink properties.

5. It is bondable with other material.
